Our Services
Adult Counselling
We aim to build on an individual’s existing strengths and explore effective ways of managing the difficulties they may be facing. This allows an understanding of thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and learn productive ways to deal with them in a safe place.
Assessment
We are highly-trained and experienced in conducting psychological assessment across a range of areas to provide a highly accurate evaluation of cognitive and emotional functioning of children and adults.
Children/Adolescent Counselling
Our therapies are tailored to meet the needs of the individual child and family and to support the child’s happiness, confidence, security, development, learning, well-being and safety. We offer a full range of diagnostic and treatment options for children and adolescents.
Groups
Our support groups offer a wonderful opportunity to engage and interact with like-minded individuals who might be experiencing similar challenges. It provides benefits that individual counselling cannot, such as multiple listening ears, perspectives and support.
